Address certifier RFIs, including engineering tests, energy reports, and council approvals. This can take up to 12 weeks.
Building Approval
Receive Building Approval (BA) to schedule the project start.
Project Commencement
Meet on-site to clarify the project scope. Follow the construction program to ensure timely and quality completion.
Handover
Complete contract work, make final payments, and receive all necessary information for maintaining the dwelling.
